How often do you look for something in one or two kitchen drawers, and give up in frustration? Maybe you tweak the recipe for what you're preparing or worse, you end up buying a duplicate gadget. When we finally bought new flatware for Thanksgiving diner, we discovered three identical OXO can openers, LOL. So when I found the Rev-a-Shelf exhibit at the recent Kitchen and Bath Industry Show (KBIS), I decided to share their best kitchen cabinet organizers.
What was magical was seeing visually how much space is wasted in some cabinets. Fortunately that happens mostly in corner cabinets, so I prefer adjustable shelves for oversized items like my Kitchen Aid mixer which now comes in 16 delicious colors. Fortunately in real kitchens, we get to hide our messy cabinets behind doors unless you're brave enough to use glass in the doors.

Best Kitchen Cabinet Organizers for Spices
Spices are so important for anyone who lives to cook or bake, and impossible to keep organized in the average kitchen cabinet. Having dealt with this challenge in several houses, it didn't surprise me that Rev-a-Shelf offers several choices so you can pick the best one for your home.
But wait, because there are so many other “spice racks”, I wanted to share some of the other ones I've looked at, and one I installed in my son's house.
Best Kitchen Cabinet Organizers for Pots & Pans
At this years kitchen and bath show, storage for lids was a big focus. It makes sense because we tend to stack our pots to save space but then what do you do with the lids.
You'll also find more options for blind cabinet space (see diagram) that was ignored in the past. The hardware might seem expensive, until you consider the cost of adding an extra cabinet, so do the math.
