Lazy susans are one of the oldest kitchen cabinet features, making the storage space in corner cabinets more usable. With base cabinets 24 inches deep and more than 32 inches to the far corner, this space is difficult to reach, and sometimes you feel like you have to crawl into the cabinet. With the average length of a woman's upper arm 13.62 inches and hands that average 7.1 inches … I'm guessing our arms are about 32 inches (my source didn't include the length of the lower arm … too funny).
